These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.tuffies.co.uk , the website owned by Tuffies, also referred to as ‘We'. Please read them through before placing your order. We may occasionally change these terms without notice to our customers, also referred to as ‘You' and changes will apply to all subsequent orders. The product offered on this website shall be governed by English Law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content of the website remain vested in us. The material and content of this website is for your personal, non-commercial use only and you may only download such material required to make a purchase. Any other use of the material and content of this website is not allowed.

Pricing and Payment

The price charged and the one you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. If however we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will write to you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the new price or cancelling your order.

Ordering Online

Payment in full is due at the time of placing your order. Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, and JCB. All payments will be made in pounds sterling and we will validate your card details before your order can be accepted.

By Post

You can also pay by cheque, in which case please print off the completed order form and post it to us, with your cheque made out to Tuffies.

By Telephone

Please telephone 01888 563288 to place your order. Telephone orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, and JCB. All goods will remain the property of Tuffies until paid for in full.

Payment Security

All card payments on our site are made on a secure payment page hosted by ProtX. This means your credit card information is encrypted prior to being transferred to the Streamline for authorisation and your details are not filed on our computer system.

Guarantee and Returns Policy

Delivery

Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only. We aim to make deliveries within 14 days but please allow up to 21 days. If an item is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or soon after. All delivery dates provided are estimates and we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery. Once goods are delivered to your designated address they become your sole responsibility and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to goods thereafter.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any defective goods or discrepancy noted need to be notified, in writing, within 5 days of delivery to Tuffies, Carnoustie Smiddy, Turriff, AB53 4LN. We will then make arrangements to collect, replace or refund your purchases. No refund or replacement can be made on goods, which have been altered in any way. If, on receipt of your order, you are unhappy with your purchase, please telephone us on 01888 563288 and we will make arrangements to replace or refund your purchases, when possible and providing the goods have not been altered in any way. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, we will be pleased to give you a full refund. If however, you cancel your order after delivery we will deduct a £25 handling charge for taking your order back. Refunds will only be made once the items have been collected and received in perfect condition. The time limit for returns is 28 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cleaning

Cleaning instructions are provided on our website and we shall not in any event be liable for any damage caused indirectly or directly by our goods by incorrect cleaning procedures.
