We have commissioned our UK textile manufacturer to make the ULTIMATE fleecy material. We feel that this fabric is perfectly in line with the Tuffies brand representing quality, durability and easy cleaning.Our Luxury Fleece is 2.5 times thicker, denser and heavier than our "Light Fleecy" fabric. We now supply a Luxury Fleece cover for all our flat Tuffie beds and as optional spare covers for your Tuffie Nest. The flat covers close with poppers at one end. You can wash it at 60C in the washing machine and it comes out like new.

This is our lighter version of our extra, optional, covers. A light fleece-cover made in pillow case style so you just slip the waterproof bed into it. The pile is 0.7cm, so not as deep as the above Fluffie Tuffie. However, this is a super quick wash'n'dry option just to give your dog a little extra comfort.Read more
This optional extra cover is exceptionally useful for the wet winter dogs. It is a highly technical "spacing fabric": Two strong honey-comb open-weave polyester fabrics sandwich a strong, very open spacing material that does not flatten. When your wet dog goes on his Tuffie with the Wicking cover on, the water runs off the dog, quickly through the cover and leaves the dog "high and dry". The water will evaporate from the waterproof Tuffie in its own time. The Tuffie stuffing is dry and your dog is dry. The cover is perfect for the wet autumn and winter days. Fantastically easy to wash and dry.
We have long been asked by our customers if we would make a nest type Tuffie. Here it is. Thick, sturdy walls surround the base in which a substantial cushion sits. The cushion comes with a fleecy cover, which is easy to take off and machine wash. You can also use the cushion without the fleece cover. To clean the Nest: gently sponge the sides and dry. Again, if you have a chewing dog, our ONLY CHEWPROOF bed is the Really Tough Tuffie below. WE NOW ALSO SUPPLY SPARE CUSHION COVERS IN THICK, LUXURY FLEECE. SEE THE BOX BELOW.
